It has been a busy month so far. A month of brainstorming and knitting swatches out the wazoo.
I have been busy looking at pinterest, coming up with ideas, writing/drawing them on paper, and swatching. Sometimes my swatches don't turn out the way I envisioned, but it is a happy surprise when they do actually turn out well.
I am finding myself thinking of multiple ideas while trying to focus on something else. It is very distracting, but I just try to write it down quickly so I don't forget and get back to the task at hand. I thought it would be difficult to think of design ideas, but have found that is actually the easy part. It's the implementation that is tricky.
Hopefully that will get easier with experience.
